	TREES ALERT: Per DDOT's report at the 4/6 April General Meeting: the Urban Forestry Administration (UFA) has reached an agreement with PEPCO whereby only wires will be replaced ... no poles or tree removals along MacArthur Blvd. The moratorium on tree work remains in effect but is expected to be lifted at PCA's cue shortly, to allow normal seasonal tree work to take place.
