Palisades Author Unveils New Book

Len Downie, Palisades resident and recently retired executive editor of The Washington Post, will be at the March 3rd General membership Meeting to discuss his new book, The Rules of the Game. This political suspense story is partially set in the Palisades. Two of the main characters, a young woman investigative reporter and her target, a Washington political consultant and lobbyist, both live in the Palisades. They chat at the July 4th parade. A murder takes place just outside Battery Kemble Park, and the reporter is later accosted in the railroad tunnel on the Capital Crescent Trail.

Len Downie spoke at the PCA General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, March 3rd.
